Our services

Everyday help, from people you know.

Six services, one operating rule: the same small team of carers, every visit. Because help only feels like help when you know the person giving it.

01

Personal care

Personal care is the most personal thing we do. It should never involve a stranger. Your Care Circle learns how you like things done once, and then it stays that way.

  • Help with showering, bathing and grooming
  • Dressing and getting ready for the day
  • Medication prompts and reminders
  • Continence support, handled with dignity
  • Morning and evening routines that stay your routines

02

Domestic assistance

The same carer learns where everything lives, which sheets go on which bed, and how you like the kitchen left. You stop explaining and start trusting.

  • Cleaning, laundry and ironing
  • Changing beds and tidying
  • Shopping lists and groceries
  • Light garden care and small home tasks

The consistency difference

“A hand with the house, done the way you have always done it.”

Delivered by your Care Circle, guided by your One Story, accountable to your named Care Lead.

03

Meals

The same carer who cooks with you learns exactly how you like it. The right amount of salt, the pan you always use, the way your mother made it.

  • Meal preparation and cooking together
  • Planning meals around your preferences, culture and diet
  • Help with shopping for ingredients
  • Support to keep enjoying food, not just consuming it

04

Transport

It is a different thing being driven by someone who knows you. Your carer knows the GP, the pharmacy and the way you like to stop for a coffee after.

  • Medical and allied health appointments
  • Shopping trips and errands
  • Visits to family and friends
  • Community events, clubs and places of worship

The consistency difference

“To appointments, shops and the people you love, with a familiar face at the wheel.”

Delivered by your Care Circle, guided by your One Story, accountable to your named Care Lead.

05

Social support

Real companionship cannot be rostered randomly. Friendship grows between the same two people, over cups of tea, card games and conversation that picks up where it left off.

  • Regular visits from the same carers
  • Shared activities, hobbies and walks
  • Support to stay connected with community
  • Conversation in your first language, where matched

06

Respite

You can only rest if you trust who is stepping in. Respite with Aldera means the person covering for you already knows the One Story, the routines and the names.

  • Planned respite so family carers can rest
  • Cover from carers who already know your parent
  • Flexible hours, from an afternoon to a full week
  • A calm handover, both ways

The consistency difference

“A proper break for family carers, without handing over to a stranger.”

Delivered by your Care Circle, guided by your One Story, accountable to your named Care Lead.
